In memoriam:
Dr. Gisela Feiler was one of our founding members. A General Practitioner in Kingston-upon-Thames, she travelled extensively in Africa and had a very profound interest in the culture and the people of the continent. She had planned to travel to Konya in 2008 to give first aid and to instruct the people in the village on general medical issues. Sadly Gisela died in October 2007. We will try to fulfill her dream of a healthier future for the people in Konya.
